Eid Order Processing Policy

To ensure smooth delivery ahead of Eid, we operate with clearly defined *Eid cut-off dates. This helps us manage the high volume of orders during the Eid season — commonly referred to as the **Eid Rush*.

 

Important Notice:

 

Our *Eid-ul-Fitr 2025* cut-off date was *5th May 2025*.

Any orders placed *after 5th May* fall into the Eid Rush period and will still be processed, but with *extended processing times* due to high demand.

 

For example, if your pre-order was expected to arrive by *10th June, it may now be delivered by **10th July* instead.

 

This is because all orders placed *after the cut-off* are subject to *double the usual processing time* to allow us to fulfil ongoing Eid orders efficiently. This applies to all orders placed *within four weeks after the cut-off date*.

•⁠  ⁠*Eid-ul-Adha 2026* – Last order date: *15th April 2026*
