Shipping Policy & Delivery Information


DELIVERY SERVICES

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your preferences and budget. However, we *highly recommend Next Day Delivery* to reduce the risk of delay and avoid disappointment

Delivery options include:

* **Royal Mail 1st Class**

* **Royal Mail 2nd Class**

* **Next Day Delivery** via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (UK Mainland only)

> Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delays are beyond our control. Therefore, **shipping costs are non-refundable**.

Order Cut-off Times

* **Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday–Friday)** will be dispatched the **same day**, if eligible.

* **Next Day Delivery** is available for orders placed by **10:00 AM, Monday–Thursday**.

* Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday will be dispatched on the following **Monday**.

* We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or bank holidays.

Pre-Order Items

* Each pre-order item has a unique processing timeframe.

* Estimated dispatch times are clearly noted on the individual product pages.

* If you place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped **once all items are available** (unless otherwise arranged).

Immediate Dispatch Items

* Items marked as **Immediate Dispatch** will be shipped the same day when ordered by **10:00 AM**.

* Tracking details are shared via email once your order is dispatched.

UK Mainland Shipping

* We aim to deliver within **24–48 hours** for all in-stock items on Next Day Delivery.

* Standard delivery timelines apply for 1st and 2nd Class services.

* **Next Day Delivery is not available** for Northern Ireland or UK offshore islands.

* In rare cases, Saturday dispatch may be offered (not guaranteed).

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to over 20 countries via reliable tracked courier services. Customers will receive a tracking link as soon as their order is dispatched.

Please note:

* **Customs duties, taxes, and import fees** are not included in your order total.

* These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the **recipient** upon delivery.

* H|S Designer is not responsible for any customs-related delays or fees.
