International Returns & Customs Fees

 

At HS Designer, we’re pleased to offer international shipping. However, please be aware of the following responsibilities regarding customs and returns

 

Import Duties & Taxes:

All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and *must be paid by the customer. They are **not included* in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

Customs Charges on Returns:

If you return an item from outside the UK, *you are responsible for any return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges or taxes* incurred during the return process.

We strongly advise marking your return parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to minimise potential customs fees.

Non-Reimbursable Fees:

HS Designer *does not cover, refund, or reimburse* any customs duties, taxes, or return-related customs fees under any circumstances.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you're unsure of the potential charges.
